Marketing Manager - Healthcare (10-20 yrs)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead, coordinate, and manage the execution of marketing plans for India

- WPI business in India & South Asia.

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market share growth and revenue generation.

- Collaborate with the WPI sales leadership team to gather data, analyze market trends, and develop actionable insights to form marketing strategies.

- Work collaboratively with business leaders to build long term plan for India

- Develop segmentation and go-to-market strategies for WPI product lines, working collaboratively with customers and sales teams.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, buying behaviors, and competitive landscape.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive calendarized training plan to enhance the competency of the WPI team.

- Identify KOL, Key consultants & MEP agencies and develop strategies to leverage their expertise for brand awareness and thought leadership.
