Analyst - Ad-Hoc - Team

Your role as our Analyst

As an Analyst at Nepa, you will lead and execute the production of client deliveries, ranging from data processing to generating PowerPoint (and Excel) reports. You will be an integral part of our global project team. Your key responsibility areas would be as follows:

- Lead and deliver projects independently with minimal supervision including negotiating timelines and managing others assigned to the project

- Support project manager and global teams in advanced analysis and insight formulation
- Maintain consistent adherence to project timelines and high-quality output

- Work effectively with personnel and teams based in our global offices.

- Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations

- Execute operational tasks such as:

o Field setup and management
o Data cleaning
o Data processing weighing, OE coding, cross-tabulation
o Data analysis and report generation.

Your profile as our Analyst:

- Exceptional proficiency in oral and written English communication

- Highly comfortable working with teams spread across the globe

- Expertise in sampling methodologies and key market research solutions, including campaign and concept testing, product evaluations, category insights, customer satisfaction (C-SAT) studies and UX research projects

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a foundational knowledge of SPSS for statistical analysis

- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong analytical capabilities

- Proven ability to train and mentor junior analysts, fostering skill enhancement and knowledge development

- Experience in working on sampling DIY platforms like CINT would be an advantage
- Proactive approach to problem-solving

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Experience and Education

- You have a graduate degree, preferably in statistics/mathematics/engineering/computer applications. Post-graduation in marketing would be an advantage.

2 to 4 years of experience in market research as an Analyst.
