Designation: Sr. Analyst - Customer Success

Location: Mumbai (Nariman Point)

Work Days: 5

Shift Timing: 1-10pm

Education: B.Com /M.Com or any degree related to financial field

Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure that investment data entered in the system reconciles with investment statements and provide training on methods for this reconciliation.
• Provide training to clients on the onboarding of historical data and ongoing data entry.
• Ensure effective communication of product features, roadmap updates, and other important information to existing customers.
• Coordinate periodic updates with the finance team regarding upgrades, new features, and bug fixes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Familiarity with investment management and accounting practices. Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
• Experience with data management and understanding of investment data feeds is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and explain complex product features and processes.
• Candidate should be able to join within 15 days or immediate joiner.
