• Location: Mumbai(Nariman Point)
• Experience: 4+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, handle guest check-ins, direct them to the appropriate departments, and notify relevant employees of their arrival.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, take messages, and ensure proper communication flow within the organization.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining office files and records.
• Ensure timely delivery and receipt of packages and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries or issues, and ensure the security and confidentiality of visitors and sensitive information.
• Effective travel management for employees or visitors.
• Candidates from hotel or aviation industry will be preferred.
