Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Payroll EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with over 5 years of expertise in Oracle Payroll, preferably with India Legislation . The role requires in-depth knowledge of both functional and technical aspects, including implementation, support, and upgrades. This hybrid position is available in Gurgaon, NCR, Hyderabad, or Bangalore .

Key Skills - Payroll Expertise : Oracle Payroll with a focus on India Legislation, including element setup, fast formulas, balance setup, arrear setup, and costing.
- Implementation & Support : Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll implementations, managing payroll patches, and version upgrades.
- Integration Knowledge : Skilled in creating and managing interfaces between Oracle Payroll and other applications.
- Oracle Payroll Setup & Configuration : Configure payroll elements, input values, fast formulas, balances, arrears, and costing setups, focusing on India Legislation requirements.
- Implementation & Upgrades : Lead Oracle Payroll implementation projects, manage payroll patches, and handle version upgrades to ensure system compliance and functionality.
- Support Activities : Provide support for payroll operations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth payroll processes.
- Integration & Interface Development : Develop and manage interfaces between Oracle Payroll and other modules, such as HRMS and Finance.
- Technical Development : Utilize PL/SQL, SQL Loader, UTL File, and XML Publisher to build and maintain custom solutions within Oracle Payroll.
- Customization & Personalization : Perform form personalization, form customization, and manage concurrent programs across various platforms (PL/SQL, SQL Loader, Host, Java).
- Security & Compliance : Set up and manage security profiles, KFF, DFF, and other profile options to ensure compliance and data security.
- Payroll Operations : Payroll Run, Retro, Pre-Payments, Element Link, Balancing between Payroll and Finance.
- PL/SQL and APIs : Expertise in PL/SQL, packages, database views, triggers, and backend API development for HRMS and Payroll.
- Reports & Customization : Proficiency in Oracle Report Builder (RDF), XML Publisher, and concurrent program development.
- Additional Tools : WEBADI, Hooks, AME Setup, Oracle Alerts, and Workflow management.
- B.Tech/MCA in Technology (any stream)
- Strong techno-functional background in Oracle HRMS/Payroll with a focus on India Legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
