Job Description
Project Management

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with the PMO office to ensure projects align with timelines and objectives.
- Track project performance, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Techno-Functional Expertise
- Provide expertise across SAP Ariba modules, including Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Bid Management, and Contract Management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct training sessions, and prepare documentation for end-users.
- Ensure clear communication across teams to manage risks and resolve issues efficiently.
- Technical Oversight
- Ensure smooth integration of SAP Ariba with other systems, including SAP ERP and non-SAP systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the development team to deploy solutions.
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure Ariba implementations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management, recommending process improvements and system enhancements.
- Reporting and Governance
- Track project metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules: Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Contract Management.
- Experience in integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ERP or other third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with cloud-based procurement solutions.
- Proven experience in project management and PMO methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at managing stakeholder expectations.
