Key Responsibilities
Recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. End to end recruitment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee onboarding processes for smooth integration.
Oversee performance management systems and conduct evaluations.
Facilitate employee training and professional development programs.
Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
Conduct employee surveys to measure satisfaction and engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits administration.
Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting systems.
Stay updated on HR trends to drive innovation in practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Master s degree or HR certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in human resources or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
Experience with performance management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
