Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Plan, manage, and support Compensation Partners in delivering lifecycle programs, such as:
- TAG grid refresh
- Merit increases
- Promotions and off-cycle compensation programs
- Retention bonuses
- Annual bonus administration
- Payroll input governance
- Retirement and severance package administration
- Ensure data accuracy in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and all related systems.
- Maintain job family mapping for benchmarking and effective analysis.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Create reusable templates and automated reports for effective business partnering.
- Provide on-demand compensation analysis, recommendations, and dashboards to Compensation Partners and Leadership.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and implement continuous improvements.
- Monitor shared service operations, ensuring regular governance and adherence to standards.
Stakeholder Management:
- Flag potential risks and challenges to leadership, enabling timely corrective actions.
- Develop communication plans to promote awareness of Total Rewards initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report stakeholder feedback to Compensation Leadership.
Degree of Independence:
- Requires moderate supervision with well-defined guidelines from the Regional Compensation Leadership.
- Works independently on day-to-day responsibilities and escalates complex matters when necessary.
Team Management:
- This is an Individual Contributor role.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience:4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in compensation or related areas.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of HCM systems and data reporting tools.

- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Communication: Simplify complex compensation practices for diverse audiences.
