Power Automate Developer (10-13 yrs)

Job Description :

NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power Automate solutions to enhance business operations through automation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure the successful deployment of automation processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

Power Automate Development :

- Design, develop, and implement Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes, focusing on automation of workflows across various applications and services.

- Create automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance business productivity.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution :

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to existing Power Automate workflows.

- Ensure seamless performance and reliability of automation processes.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Work :

- Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and IT teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and design effective automation solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of automation processes with existing systems.

Process Optimization and Efficiency :

- Continuously assess and optimize existing automation workflows to improve process efficiency.

- Implement best practices to ensure automated processes are aligned with business objectives and requirements.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain accurate documentation for developed Power Automate solutions, including configuration details, process flows, and troubleshooting steps.

- Provide regular updates on project progress and status to management.

Training and Support :

- Provide support and training to users on how to use Power Automate solutions effectively.

- Offer ongoing assistance to teams using automated processes and resolve any challenges they encounter.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Power Automate :

- Strong experience with Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), including creating automated workflows, integrating various applications, and troubleshooting issues.

- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is a plus.

Technical Problem-Solving :

- Strong analytical skills to identify problems in workflows, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Understanding of Automation Processes :

- Knowledge of automation best practices, workflow design, and process optimization.

- Ability to apply automation techniques to streamline business operations.

Troubleshooting Expertise :

- Experience troubleshooting issues in automation workflows, handling exceptions, and ensuring system stability.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Power Automate Developer or similar automation role.

- Hands-on experience with Power Automate development, integration, and issue resolution.

- Strong understanding of business process automation and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, or other automation platforms.

- Experience with REST APIs, HTTP requests, and connectors in Power Automate.

- Microsoft certifications related to Power Automate and the Power Platform
