Project Manager ( Smart City & Safe City)

Brief of role and responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, delivery, operations and maintenance for large system integration projects in the Airports domains ensuring project delivery on time with high degree of customer satisfaction
• Govern multiple projects and customers and be the point of contact for the customer for delivery escalations and improvements
• Plan the teams work to achieve goals and respond effectively to changing priorities, maintaining teams motivation and results
• Proactively identify all critical and high impact Risks in the project and ensure that proper mitigation plans are in place
• Partner and collaborate with other teams on related deliverables and effectively leverage other functions in relevant work streams
• Team Manager: Must be able to manage large team of 50+ resources working in different shifts to manage the daily operations. Responsible for team building, people processes in the account and project, competency development and engagement
• Prepare and Present various project reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to senior management
• Develop long lasting relationships with client personnel and continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

• Demonstrated track record of delivering large IT infra projects in Airports domain.
• Domain expertise in Safe Cities, Smart Cities, Biometric Solutions and Airport IT Modernization Solutions
• Strong service delivery, time, project and priority management skills
• Should possess the required experience, credibility and presence that enables effective working relationships at all levels within very large and complex organizations
• Good knowledge of various airport/airlines system with basic know how of integration
