Job Summary
Should have complete knowledge and experience in Intelligent Sales end-to-end. Should be seamless in solutions across marketing, sales, and services. The resource should enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across customer lifecycle, and cold calling skills.
In the Inside Sales team, he/she will need to provide support for leads/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / to connect via social media to generate leads, schedule \"first meetings\" for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.
Good to have skills:
Good communication, heavy cold calling, lead sourcing, objection handling, creative thinking to find solutions, presentation skills, research and development on lead generation, and building solid and ongoing relationships with prospects.
