Job Summary

Should have complete knowledge and experience in Intelligent Sales end-to-end. Should be seamless in solutions across marketing, sales, and services. The resource should enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across customer lifecycle, and cold calling skills.

In the Inside Sales team, he/she will need to provide support for leads/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / to connect via social media to generate leads, schedule \"first meetings\" for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.

Good to have skills:

Good communication, heavy cold calling, lead sourcing, objection handling, creative thinking to find solutions, presentation skills, research and development on lead generation, and building solid and ongoing relationships with prospects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The desired candidate should make cold calls and identify key prospects who could be potential customers for NECAM in the areas of technology assigned to the individual.
  • Schedule meetings with prospects and assign to reporting managers, fulfilling the parameters met for setting up an appointment.
  • Generate leads through other sources such as email marketing, social media marketing, engage in forum discussions etc., to identify potential leads.
  • Ensure all the leads are captured, and tracked and provide weekly and monthly reports to the reporting manager to generate forecast for target vs achievement strategy.
  • Resource will be responsible to connect with the right decision makers and key influencers within the organization to generate new business opportunities.
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods
