Job Title: Business Development Associate
Location: Smartcity, Kochi

Mode : Work From Office
Experience Required: 2-4 years

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify new business opportunities across various sectors. Use multiple lead generation strategies (cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking events) to build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish, build, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with senior leadership to execute business development strategies aimed at increasing revenue. Help create and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with prospective clients and manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to closing contracts and deals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Ensure all sales activities are tracked, and reports are updated regularly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on offerings, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in [industry] is a plus.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to lead and close negotiations effectively. Familiarity with B2B sales cycles is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
