Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team as an IB DP Mathematics teacher. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore mathematical concepts, foster critical thinking, and support their academic growth in accordance with the International Baccalaureate framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and assess engaging mathematics lessons for IBDP students.
• Develop a curriculum that aligns with IB standards, focusing on both higher level (HL) and standard level (SL) courses.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Support students in preparing for examinations and developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning and integrate technology into the curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the school community regarding student progress and needs.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on IB developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a related field (Masters preferred).
• IB teaching experience, particularly in the Diploma Programme, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and assessment criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to professional growth and collaboration.
