Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Performance Management (SPM) Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will understand and configure complex compensation plans, calculations, rules, webforms, and reports. This role involves gathering business requirements, managing the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle, defining functional specifications, and leading the deployment of new business processes and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and configure complex compensation plans, calculations, rules, webforms, and reports.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, manage the requirements change process, and define functional specifications.
• Lead the deployment of new business processes and IT solutions.
• Write, code, test, and analyze objects within the application to support business functions.
• Design, implement, and maintain the SPM model.
• Build reports in SPM for incentive compensation business metrics.
• Update the SPM model for changes in compensation plans.
• Work with HR, Finance, and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Audit and validate incentive compensation plans and rules reflected in payout calculations.
• Assist with monthly payout processing and all aspects of incentive compensation technology.
• Lead virtual project teams and define, lead, and execute IT testing plans.
• Create quick solution concepts and prototypes to visualize proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 3+ years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of Sales Performance Management (SPM) business processes.
• Experience configuring SPM software applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Experience in software project development lifecycle (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
