Summary:As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Lead and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project scope and mitigate risks.

Ensure service quality and cost management for project success.

Provide innovative solutions to support sales initiatives.

Lead and mentor team members to achieve delivery excellence.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.

Experience in project management and delivery of technology projects.

Knowledge of frameworks for managing large, complex projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
