Role: IT Help Desk

Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Duration :6 Months -12 Months

Job Description

1. Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
2. Basic understating of HW/SW/O365 troubleshooting and networking concepts
3. Willing to work in a call-taking, 24x7 profile. We have a 5-day work week. They will get 2 days off per week, which may not necessarily fall on Sat and Sun.
4. Willing to work from Mumbai office.
5. Must be well versed with internship tenure, remuneration and conversion terms.

6. Desktop Software and hardware support
a. Level 1 support for PC client issues e.g. desktop/laptop hardware, software, OS, printers, etc.
b. Provide information on IT processes, general how-to queries and known outages.
c. Co-ordinate with third-party vendors like Dell and Canon for hardware issues.

Note: Based on performance will hire on full time employment
