Title Talent acquisition Consultant- Finance hiring

Contract- 3 months

Mode- Third party contract

Position Summary

We are looking for a recruiter to join our Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition (APAC TA) team as a contractor. Our TA team is responsible for all recruitment activities across multiple business units and functions. In this role, you will support hiring managers in India with their mid-level and new graduate recruiting requirements and manage end to end recruitment whilst ensuring a candidate centric approach.

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be based in NCRs Vikhroli office.

You can expect to:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR managers on their talent requirements
  • Drive proactive talent sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, identifying the right talent
  • Assist and execute in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies
  • Own the Talent Acquisition process including but not limited to;
    • Advertisement
    • Sourcing
    • Sell NCRs EVP
    • Interviews
    • Candidate offer negotiation
    • Maintain established company policies & procedures
  • Deliver candidate experiences during the recruitment process that meet a high standard, level of communication, courtesy, follow up
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

To be successful you have:

  • 1 + years of recruitment experience either in-house or in an agency
  • Has expertise in hiring Finance requirements
  • A track record of recruitment success in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Provide a candidate centric approach to recruiting
  • Experience managing specialized recruiting programs, candidate management, vendor & agency management, compensation and candidate offer negotiation
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • Experience with Workday RMS (preferred)
