Senior Executive / Deputy Manager - FPO

Job Purpose

• Working with Farmer Producer Organizations (Organizations formed by group of Farmers) and promote price risk management by adding FPOs to the platform
• Promote corporate image in terms of security and trust
• Assisting FPOs for market linkages to get better price realization

Key Result Areas

• Identify and lison with key institutions involved in development of FPOs
• Work with institutions to spread awareness within FPOs on importance of price risk management
• On board the FPOs on NCDEX platform and empower them for trading activities
• Bridging the gap of small ticket finance required by FPOs
• Communication on market opportunities and handholding FPOs to get the benefit

Skills

• Handling Stakeholders - Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Ability to read and analyze trade and order book,
• Analytical skills: experience of handling, analyzing and presenting large data sets to identify exceptions or anomalies, Budgeting and Estimation, Creative & Lateral Thinking
• Good Analytical Skills -Knowledge about the fundamentals and seasonality of different commodities,
• Knowledge of agri-commodity market in India and globally, Knowledge of Business Requirement/Expectations, commodity ecosystem & derivatives market,
• Proficiency in working on Excel,
• Proficiency in working on Powerpoint
