We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our Loan Against Property (LAP) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our LAP offerings, and assisting them through the application process. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Outreach:
   
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Loan Against Property products.
• Generate leads through effective telecalling techniques.
2. Product Information:
   
• Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of LAP products.
• Address customer queries and concerns accurately and professionally.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-up:
   
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable LAP solutions.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into potential borrowers.
4. Documentation Assistance:
   
• Guide customers on the required documentation for the LAP application process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
5. Achieve Targets:
   
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Record Keeping:
   
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on daily calls and lead conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident in handling objections.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
