Work Timings : 2 PM - 10 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Fullstack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Python development (minimum of 5 years) and hands-on experience with ReactJS (minimum of 3 years). In this role, you will be responsible for developing full-stack applications, working on both the backend (Python) and frontend (ReactJS), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with the frontend interface.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software.

- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both the frontend and backend environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements and deliverables.

- Participate in sprint planning, agile development processes, and provide timely project updates.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Python development, with strong knowledge of frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- 3+ years of experience in developing applications with ReactJS.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience building responsive and dynamic web applications.

- Solid understanding of frontend-backend integration, including working with RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.

- Familiarity with GraphQL or other modern API technologies.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and experience building scalable applications.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-native development.
