Data Science Engineer - Python/Django (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Data Engineering : Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for cleaning, processing, and feature extraction from large datasets and live data streams.

Model Development : Design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and data analytics services.

Infrastructure Development : Build and maintain the infrastructure required for smooth analytics and data processing services.

Collaboration : Work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Software Developers to integrate models with cloud systems.

Technical Expertise : Supervise and assist cross-functional teams in data solution design and deployment.

Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation for models, processes, and design decisions.

Mentorship : Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills :

- Expertise in Python, SQL, MongoDB, and time-series databases.

- Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks with production-grade experience.

- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline design, and data engineering tools.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and MLOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).

- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, feature engineering, and deep learning architectures for time-series data.

- Experience with backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.

- Exposure to frontend frameworks like React for data visualization.
