Responsibility for contributing to annual targets of sustainable account performance, profit and revenue growth, quality students, and return on investment.
Attend recruitment fairs, and support SSRM/SRM to engage with prospective students, families, and partners to generate leads.
Market Expansion Relationship Development:
Relationship mapping and management across key accounts and relevant government bodies (such as consulates and embassies)
Work with the Regional Director to manage agency relationships/accounts
Identify new market opportunities, trends, and recruitment channels in the region to expand the institution s presence.
Strategic Planning Performance Monitoring
Providing expert market insights and data to assist the Regional Director and other stakeholders with business case development for investment decisions within the region
Monitor and report on recruitment performance, tracking metrics such as application rates, conversion rates, and student enrolment numbers.
Events Outreach:
Plan and attend recruitment events, including international student fairs, webinars, workshops, and high school visits, to raise awareness of the institution s offerings.
Work with the marketing team to create region-specific content, digital campaigns, and promotional materials for recruitment purposes.
Reporting Budget Management:
Provide regular updates to Regional Director on recruitment activities, market conditions, and performance against targets.
Manage the regional recruitment budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Track and analyse recruitment data, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to meet enrolment targets.
Compliance Ethical Standards:
Drive strategic account management best practice and ensure customer call commitments are achieved throughout the calendar year
Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in international student recruitment.
Budget Management:
Assist with the development and management of the recruitment budget, ensuring efficient use of resources for travel, events, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor expenditures and ensure recruitment efforts remain within the allocated budget.
Qualifications:
Degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in international student recruitment, sales, or higher education, with a strong understanding of the international education market.
Experience managing a team, working with recruitment agents, or leading regional recruitment efforts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Ability to analyse data and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment events, fairs, and institution visits.
