About the role

The role of Admissions compliance Officer will be required to assist the Bangladesh Nepal SCO-GTE and Compliance Division in UPA - GTE process admissions, credibility checks for the Navitas business unit(s), with a view to ensure timely processing of quality applicants while focussing on increased conversions. As Admissions and Compliance Officer, you will collaborate closely with the Admissions Team to deliver a seamless, end-to-end admissions experience. You will also build strong partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, staff, industry partners, and the broader community, ensuring exceptional service delivery and industry-leading turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

Application Processing

• Act as the point of contact for application processing and forward complete assessment to Compliance manager / relevant Business Unit for decisions, after ensuring that process is followed and complete.

Pre-screening

• Conduct Credibility interviews for the applicants as per the tasks allotted by Compliance Manager.
• Assess Australasia GTE documents of students and recommend accordingly.
• To share the relevant information through the transcripts and further recommend on the outcome.

Liaise with Business Units, Agents and Students

• Assist Business Units in obtaining any missing/additional documents from students and agents mandatory for assessment so that OL can be issued in a timely manner.
• Conduct follow up calls to students, Business Units and agents as per requirement.

Record Keeping

• Maintain records of the cases handled for particular Business Units through Salesforce/Studylink
• Update the status for each student on SF to maintain transparency amongst channel members.

Reporting

• Produce reports as and when required for Business Units or Compliance Manager in terms of status and student updates

Online enquiry management

• Respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours of receiving (excluding holiday/weekends)

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Bachelor s Degree
• Ability to work within a small team to achieve or exceed common objectives or targets.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Strong writing, public speaking, and presentation abilities in business-level English both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to interpret data, make strategic decisions, and provide insights to enhance recruitment performance.
• Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with agents, university partners, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new markets and changing environments while identifying opportunities for innovative recruitment initiatives.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required to support recruitment activities both locally and internationally.
• Experience in Higher Education Sales
• Experience with CRM Systems
