Head Of Sales & Partnership - India

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline.
- Must have deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with Partners.
- Responsible for Alliances Sales for the Cloud Business (Azure/AWS). Building and maintain strategic relationships with cloud providers, resellers, and managed services.
- Exemplary knowledge of alliance management principles, practices, tactics, tools and developing value proposition with customers/Partners.
- Good understanding of the Cloud product suite (from a sales perspective).
- Manage Enterprise clients in any several domains from India and other countries to grow the revenues QoQ.
- Manage Technology & Implementation partner relationship and build vertical specific go-to market strategies.
- Strong team-oriented and matrix-management skills, with the capability to motivate and orchestrate across teams.
- Senior alliance-based sales leader influencing multi-million $ revenue for major technology and consulting organizations.
- Demonstrable experience of defining and leading innovative partner strategies & marketing programs to achieve rapid revenue growth globally.
- Comprehensive know how of alliance strategies, best practices, and their applicability in the global markets.
- Management of internal systems to track partner success; manage calendar of lead generation activity with partners together with deliverables to execute, etc.
- Negotiation with the partner on the terms of delivery and the associated charges (DDP / CIF/ FOB models) for complex software transactions involving multiple regions.
- Co-own the P&L with the delivery teams.
