Manager Premium Customer Experience
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Premium Customer Experience division. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) dedicated to servicing High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients. The Manager will ensure that our HNI clients receive personalized /superior customer service, and access/ assistance to the best investment opportunities.
