What Youll Do Achieve
Drive cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives, bringing together multiple stakeholders to help drive decisions and ensure alignment

Streamline org-wide activities based on CEO priorities, identify focus areas which require their time and attention

Manage the communication and meeting cadence between 3-4 key business functions and the CEO

Breakdown complex problem statements and create sustainable solutions while working with various stakeholders

Create and maintain project plans, conduct review meetings, and communicate status and risks of action items to the CEO

Champion and drive efforts across the CEOs Office to improve the team s effectiveness

Drive the teams towards deadlines, acting as a thought partner as required across charters

What are we looking for

Graduate from Tier I Engineering/Commerce Institutes ( IIT / NIT / Reputed Educational Institutions)
Up to 3 years of full-time professional experience
Should have worked in Strategy / Operations roles or worked within the core team of a Startup
Proven, applied data-driven, decision-making skill set
Demonstrated effective communication skills and strong executive presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
