Responsibilities :

1. Leadership and Strategy:
Define, refine, and own key performance metrics for the UPI vertical to achieve business objectives
Partner with leadership to shape data-driven strategies around growth, user retention, monetization, and cross-sell opportunities
Build and communicate a compelling analytics roadmap aligned with product and business priorities
2. Advanced Analytics & Insights:
Lead in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas of optimization using advanced statistical techniques, machine learning models, and predictive analytics
Drive initiatives to optimize the product funnel, including user onboarding, engagement, and retention
3. Experimentation & Data-Driven Decision Making:
Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to assess product feature impacts and continuously improve user experience
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on key product goals and ensure data-driven decision-making
4. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of analysts, enabling them to deliver high-quality insights and business outcomes
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence within the analytics team
5. Data Governance & Tooling:
Establish robust data governance practices to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity
Advocate for the adoption and optimal use of analytics tools and platforms across the organization

Key Skills Required

Experience: 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years leading teams or projects in a fast-paced environment
Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL, experience with BI tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI), and knowledge of statistical tools (eg, Python, R)
Product Analytics Expertise: Strong understanding of Product flows, user behavior analysis, and performance optimization
Strategic & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think holistically and translate data insights into actionable business strategies
Stakeholder Management: Proven experience collaborating with product managers, engineering teams, and business leaders to achieve goals
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across all levels
