Job Description
- Efficiently managing the account opening process, including Demat accounts, custody accounts, and collection accounts
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in the account opening procedures.
- Administering daily cash flows for the fund house and reporting real time cash positions to Fund managers. Calculation of scheme shortages and borrowing limits
- Preparing daily incremental final cash flow reports ensuring banking activity is managed timely and accurately.
- Timely and accurately handle trade management across various asset classes.
- Ensure compliance with trade allocations, reporting, and settlements requirements.
- Meet trade reporting deadlines on relevant platforms within stipulated time frames.
- Maintain and perform reconciliations for all trade settlements.
- Report trades to FA and Custody departments in a timely manner.
- Manage trade settlements for equity, debt, money market, and other relevant transactions.
- Serve as a point of contact for any trade settlement queries from Dealers and Fund Managers.
