Job Description
- Identify potential clients and markets within the IT sector for the companys products and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and propose appropriate solutions that align with their business goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of the companys IT products, services, and solutions.
- Translate technical features into customer benefits and value propositions during client interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and advancements to communicate effectively and position the companys offerings.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Provide input to the product development team based on client feedback and industry insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets.
