Job Description:

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring effective workforce planning and change management.

- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for resolving employee issues, promoting a positive work environment, and handling performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

- Talent Development: Design and implement talent development programs, including training, succession planning, and career progression initiatives to drive employee growth and engagement.

- HR Metrics & Analysis: Use data-driven insights to guide HR initiatives, track key HR metrics (retention, performance, diversity), and continuously improve policies and processes.

- Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and company standards, while adapting practices to meet evolving business needs.
