Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy:
- Lead brand strategy and communication for the product portolio
- Own the full brand lifecycle, from positioning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage celebrity endorsements and design media strategy for impactful campaigns.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead 5-6 high-priority projects, including innovation and new adjacent category launches.
- Drive category growth and penetration through new products and marketing initiatives.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 (3 Brand Managers, Group Director, Social Influencer Lead).
- Foster a high-performance culture and provide strategic direction to the team.
- Agency Management:
- Lead relationships with advertising, digital, and media agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 + years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the FMCG or impulse category.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven track record in handling large budgets, managing complex projects, and leading teams.
- Familiarity with media planning, brand communications, and celebrity endorsements
