Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR heads, and hiring managers).
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
Recruitment & Execution:
- Handle end-to-end hiring for leadership and niche roles.
- Develop search strategies, source, and evaluate candidates.
- Manage client and candidate relationships to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent landscapes, and hiring best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong sales acumen and ability to drive business growth.
- Experience in executive search or recruitment consulting preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
