Your Profile:
- BE/ B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics) with 15+ years experience in sales and marketing of Electrical Products.
- Preferably from an electrical manufacturing organization.
- The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive market analysis to evaluate revenue and profitability, develop tailored marketing strategies for various market segments, and JEF Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
National Sales Manager (Job Description):
- Proficiently create customer presentations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers, consultants, architects, contractors, and end users to foster future opportunities.
- Responsible for engaging with current clientele, prospecting new leads, and delivering presentations showcasing the company's diverse product offerings.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to craft proposals encompassing solutions, pricing strategies, financing alternatives, commercial terms, and product details to secure orders.
- Additionally, manage tender participation via Channel Partners and Contractors, leading discussions, negotiations, and outlining precise scopes of work.
- Monitor and stay informed about competitors, competitive trends, products, and market dynamics while consistently enhancing product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and build the industry trends and competition benchmarking mechanism for all products and customers.
- Participate in seminars/ conferences/ exhibitions etc. to gather knowledge about current and future market trends, changing customer needs, technological advancements and competition actions.
- Support development of annual budgets based on market analysis, competition analysis, past trends and, product/ project pipeline -Set and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- Assess market competition by competition benchmarking & application understanding.
- Achieving the designated sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Responsible for engaging with current clientele, prospecting for new leads, and delivering presentations showcasing the company's diverse product offerings.
- Collaborate with the internal team and customers to review the RFQs, Technical.
- Specifications and coordination with the internal team to work on pricing strategies, commercial terms, and product specifications in order to secure orders.
- The candidate should adhere to the organization's requirements of weekly reporting of forecast & target achievement.
- Manage tender participation via Channel Partners and Contractors, leading discussions, negotiations, and outlining precise scopes of work.
