Role and responsibilities:
Implement policies and procedures for compliance adherence in the organization.
Monitor the processes by which the organizations will comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Responsible for establishing compliance standards across payment ecosystem.
Ensure compliance programs are effective and efficient.
Plan, coordinate and conduct regular compliance assessments to understand various types of risks resulting from non-compliances and recommend process changes or improvements.
Monitor and analyze deficiencies and irregularities from a compliance perspective to provide effective solutions.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to improve compliance adherence.
Drive and promote compliance culture among members of the payment eco system.
Provide updates and publish precise compliance reports on compliance status, key issues and violations to function head /senior management.
Periodically provide inputs for revision of Policy / SOP / PG based on current business requirements.
Participate in reviews and share updates on non-compliance.
Investigate and act on matters related to compliance as per policy.
Ensure breaches and incidents are properly monitored, managed, documented and reported.
Enforcement action against non-compliant entities reported by internal stakeholders or identified through surveillance function.
Be proactive in identifying potential red flags before they have serious implications.
Ability to engage with ecosystem and bring in best practices in the field of Compliance.
Eligibility
6-13 years of total work experience.
Prior experience in Compliance / FRM / Payment Audit / AML mandatory.
Good understanding of payments business preferred.
Graduate / Post-Graduate.
