Associate - Budget Compliance & Reporting

Role & responsibilities

Budget planning & tracking :

• Coordinating with various user teams and finance for compiling IT budget (capex and opex) for next FY
• Building the budget document and ppt for presenting to various committees for review and inputs
• Prepare the procurement plan for next FY based on the projected payouts in consultation with In-Charge IT Procurement and concerned user HODs
• Tracking the procurement calendar and highlighting time delays
• Preparing utilization plan for POs issued but not paid and tracking it for success.

Procurement operational support :

• Facilitate resolution budget constraints in the day-to-day procurement ops with help of finance and ERP team

Preferred candidate profile

Total experience: 2+ years,

Relevant experience in procurement or related domain

Preferable from BFSI, FinTech

Qualification: Any Graduate / PG
