Job Responsibilities:
• Leading the project workstreams to ensure that the project delivery for international partners is executed and implemented in alignment to the defined business benefits and timelines.
• Handholding customer right from Onboarding, integration with various internal systems, APIs and certification to go- live. Essentially a technology go-to-person for a customer during the entire commercialization journey.
• Understand technical requirements including connectivity, network protocols, various integration points, API specifications etc. and track it with required stakeholders for timely implementation.
• Understand and Support creation of Technical Specification Documents and ensure implementation meets the agreed solution scope with required quality and timelines.
• Create and execute required test execution plan across sandbox and certification environments. Rigorous tracking ofissues and timely closure of the same.
• Develop project plans, identify project team resource requirements, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensures that plans, risks, issues, actions, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are documented, tracked and communicated to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Should be able to prioritize the tasks and highlight risks and issues that could impact delivery in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate.
• Stakeholder management and communication, including multiple application delivery teams.
• Ensure delivery meets vision objectives by mapping, throughout project delivery, architecture principles and features to application solution via appropriate tollgates.
• Collaborate and Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders in highly cross functional environment (business, product, technology, operations etc.)
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8-14 years of technology project management and driving enterprise level product implementation, preferably in BFSI domain (Retail Payments e.g., UPI, Card payments, Payment Switch, Forex).
• Technical knowledge and working experience of web-based technology including HTML, Java/J2EE, web-based service APIs, JSON, XML. Good understanding SDLC, Defect life cycle and Agile Methodology.
• Knowledge and Working Experience with Restful API design, development and testing. Debugging skills in a time bound manner with cross functional teams. Knowledge on connectivity and network protocol would be an added advantage.
• Ensure to document RCA and learnings to improve the efficiency and project delivery.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the key lifecycle stages of a project (PMP, Safe Agilist preferred). Awareness of the Agile
Software Development Lifecycle and Management tool (Jira, Jira Align, Rally).
• Experience in end user/Client UAT activity.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt.
• Open to travel within India and Internationally.
• Knowledge in building presentation decks, word proposals and excel.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and influencing skills.
