Location- Manesar Data Center, Gurugram

Educational Qualification- BE / B Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience

• At least 05 years of overall experience, with minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure project/Building repairing and maintenance/Civil works.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with multiple business functions/capabilities.
• Responsible for preparation of statement of case for new and renewal of civil requirements
• Knowledge of procurement through GeM will be preferred.
• Data Centre experience will be preferred.

Job responsibilities

• Overall supervision of the UIDAI owned buildings and leased barrack at Manesar related to Civil works.
• Major/Minor civil repairs like leakage, replacement/repair of false ceiling, flowing, minor cracks, replacing glass panels, plumbing works and painting etc.
• Monitoring of civil works being executed by external agency.
• Maintenance/repair of all wall painting structure/art work.
• Major repairs i.e. whitewash, polishing etc. To arrange for issue of technical sanction and work orders.
• To supervise Plan, Non-Plan, Deposit works for proper implementation.
• RFP preparation, Tendering process, etc.
• Responsible for preparation of statement of case for new and renewal of civil requirements.
• Responsible For managing SLA and tracking service metrics of various contracts as assigned by UIDAI.
• Any other administrative roles and responsibilities assigned by UIDAI management at Manesar Data Center based on business requirements.
