Job Overview

• The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and administration of EoI, RFP, Solution realization of the respective track of the IT2.0 technology projects including Process, Tools, Technology, and IT infrastructure. He/she shall identify project gaps and track to ensure Issues are closed, Risks are monitored, and the project meets its timeline cost and quality standards. He/she shall liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with committee to realize the EOI & RFP
• Report to project evaluation committee
• Work with suppliers, partners, internal stakeholders, and committee to ensure solution development and implementation
• Supervise everyday requests for matters related to scope, resources and vendors and resolve issues related to development.
• Administer all implementation issues and generate short-term resolution, as well as long term preventive measures for development.
• Oversees and monitors performance of assigned track to ensure compliance with governance policy and operating standards.
• Coordinates the administration of multiple functional modules within the project and serve as a principle point of liaison between committee and other stakeholders
• Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues and update DoP team on progress toward resolution.
• Determine which issues require software support and redirect those that do not to the appropriate resolution team.
• Periodically review software support log(s); track performance
• and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information technology, software

engineering, computer science, or related field.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a technology-related emphasis.

Certification

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification

Work Experience

• At least 5 years of Project Management work experience with total 12 years of experience in software development & maintenance role
• Experience of writing RFPs, review of RFPs, proposals
• Experience as a project manager for a medium to large-sized software development project having at least 20-member team with Technical Knowledge in programming / database / microservice in Web technologies / mobile technologies / enterprise web software.
• Project experience in project planning, estimations, architecture, design, development
• Experience of QMS and AgilenSDLC Processes for a distributed solution delivery
• Experience of Manage different artefacts such as Product back log, Source code, Defect Tracker, Traceability Matrix, Test Reports etc.
• Experience working in a cross-cultural setting, preferable in a support role.
• Experience of working with standard project management methodologies including CMMI and ITIL.
• Extensive experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Issue Management, Risk Management, Status reporting
• Ability to identify and interpret long-term information system needs on an organizational basis.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and seek resolutions in project initiation, execution & Closure
• Knowledge of information technology project management and related governance principles and practices to manage a large- scale complex distributed project within an expanding technology environment concurrently.
• Knowledge of technology (for hardware, software, and services) to administer multiple major teams concurrently and in ensuring coordination and integration among related efforts.
• Knowledge in one of Banking Insurance Logistics Accounting Domain
