About the role:

A Technology Expert (TE) Expert is responsible for ensuring NHA technical integration with ecosystem partners, identification, and resolution of day-to-day technical issues. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The Technical Expert will collaborate with various teams to identify technical solutions, address challenges, and drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.

Technical Experience & Competency:

• Overall minimum IT experience of 10 years post qualification completion.
• Databases RDBMS-PostgreSQL, Rest API design, development, API testing through Postman or related tool, knowledge on Java Spring boot, Python, SQL, Knowledge and experience on app development through Flutter/Andriod/IOS desirable,
• Knowledge and experience on infra provisioning & networking – desirable

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand the business functionality, API flows and technical solutioning to provide support to NHA ecosystem partners.
• Drive technical sessions to help speedy integrations, handhold technical teams of ecosystem partners to help NHA adoption.
• Provide advanced technical expertise and guidance to support the organization's projects and operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify technical requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• Review Design, review code and suggest innovative technical solutions to address business challenges.
• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on specific technical domains, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and help identify RCA.
• Mentor and train team members on technical concepts, tools, and processes.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic discussions related to design.
• Collaborate with IT vendor NHA ecosystem partners to help integrate with relevant APIs.
• Document procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
