National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing Indias flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and

implementation of National Digital Health Mission to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare.

Role & responsibilities

• Adoption and implementation of Standard Treatment Workflows
• Draft and periodic update of policies on related to scheme.
• Establishment, administration and Operations of Medical cell& Cancer cell
• Drafting & roll-up of REPs/ MoUs/MoAs for the division for engagement of Gol organization/external partners/ for setting up PMUs
• Development, liase& participate with Gol organizations/development partners/ academic institutions/ other Collaborative partners for any research activities, policy inputs, improvement of data formats for benefit packages, etc.
• Undertake any other assignment /responsibility given by NHA.

Preferred candidate profile

Medical graduate + MBA /MHA/PGHHM with minimum 8 years of work experience
