AI Lead Engineer Cyber Security

Skills, Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models for cybersecurity applications, such as anomaly detection, intrusion detection, and automated threat hunting.
• Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, production deployment and defining support procedures.
• Work on securing AI models and addressing vulnerabilities within AI systems to prevent adversarial attacks and data breaches.
• Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.
• Work on low-resource optimized edge device models.
• Able to establish end-to-end ML development and deployment pipeline from scratch.
• Design, implement and deploy large scale data pipelines (both real time and batch) and back-end services.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cybersecurity teams to integrate AI technologies into existing security frameworks, enhancing threat detection, incident response, and predictive analytics capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identifying and defining use cases in AI application areas for cyber security.
• Know-how of Databricks, H2ODriverless or MLOPs environment is a good to have.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree. (Candidate having graduation/Post graduation in Engineering/Science/Technology in relevant field would be given added advantage)
• Minimum 2-3 years of fulltime experience. Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and security best practices is must.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience in AI/ML libraries and tech stack like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Knowledge and Expertise of production model development, cloud, Docker, and API development frameworks.
• Demonstratable experience in the domain of NLP, unsupervised and supervised learning, or time series analysis.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, or AI/ML are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
