• Monitoring, processing and checking of test results

• Running / Monitoring of Controls
• Assess the quality of Biochemistry Laboratory Performance
• Improve the quality of Biochemistry Laboratory Practices
• IQC/EQAS Compliance with RCA & CAPA for outliers
• Facilitating the training for staff
• Trend Analysis
• Quality Management of Biochemistry Section
• Proficiency Surveillance
• Review of QSP with reference to Identification of gaps and initiating necessary amendments
• Standardization of Practices as QSP
• Risk Analysis of Biochemistry Department
• To make Annual Document Review Plan (SP, Manuals, WSP, FF, IQC, EQAS, QIP, Instrument Maintenance, Risk Assessment Complaint, Feedback, Incident Records, Critical alerts, sample retention, reports format, etc. with review responsibility
