Coordinate for functions in Clinical Administration including activities related to Quality Improvement and Enhancing Patient Experience of clinical care units like (select areas) AKD/ OT / ICU/ Cathlab / Scopy / Oncology/ BMT and any other areas as defined
- Creating patient centric care delivery model to enhance patient satisfaction. It includes ensuring proper scheduling of services and adherence to all deliverables as promised to the patients / customers. (Eg - patients turnover, services scheduling, etc)
- Regular monitoring and improving utilization of assets
- Working closely with Clinical team for various aspects to improve patient care for better patient outcomes
- Coordinate with Clinicians and respective stakeholders to ensure timely and correct procurement of high value equipment and instruments.
- Staf management including staffing rota and grievance management
- Inter and Intra-departmental coordination for smooth infrastructural, equipment, consumable and manpower support to run the dept and ensure smooth functioning and uninterrupted services and patient care in respective departments.
- Co-ordinating with Bio-medical engineering for equipment maintenance and availability
- Monitor consumption of disposables and non-chargeable items and ensuring a reduction of consumption without compromising quality.
- Monitoring volumes and budget of the department and analyzing and shortfall with an aim for improvement
- Responsible for Quality assurance in the department including monitoring departmental quality indicators and adhering to accreditation processes and norms.
- Co-ordinating with any external statutory body for compliance and meeting license requirements in co-ordination with in house legal dept.
- Activities and projects to improve patient engagement and experience along with grievance management
- Co-ordinate with all concerned person / department to carry out any project work in any of the above depts.
- Ensuring proper chargeability to patients and stopping revenue loss if any for improving Profitability and accountable for P & L function as business head.
- Coordinate with department staff for any issues including organizing departmental meetings and resolving issues
- Any other relevant assignment given by the Immediate superior
