As a Manager - Founder's Office, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team, driving high-impact projects and initiatives across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead 0 to 1 initiative alongside founders to drive organizational growth.

- Manage high-impact projects focusing on performance improvement, customer retention, brand recall, and organizational development.

- Facilitate effective decision-making through data analysis and actionable insights.

- Own and monitor key business metrics, identifying trends and actionable opportunities for growth and profitability.

- Conduct primary and secondary research to support strategic decisions.

- Drive cross-functional reviews and ensure seamless execution of business, project, and product launches.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Math, Economics, or Commerce from a premier institute.

- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, growth, consulting, or investment roles.

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a startup operating or investment environment.

- Strong analytical skills with a creative problem-solving approach.

- Customer-oriented mindset with an interest in consumer internet trends.
