About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Channel Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple sales channels. This role focuses on optimizing channel performance, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, data analysis, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies to meet revenue and performance goals.
- Align channel marketing plans with overall business objectives and sales targets.
- Plan and drive marketing campaigns tailored to specific channels, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with channel partners to create co-marketing programs, promotional activities, and campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and traditional channels, tailored to partner needs.
- Measure campaign ROI and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Monitor channel performance metrics, including sales data, partner engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal and partner review.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and marketing) to align channel strategies with business priorities.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, addressing their needs and ensuring mutual success.
- Manage the channel marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing programs.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner enablement.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
