Event Manager

What This Job Involves. Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive event attendance and engagement

Prepare budgets and ensure adherence. Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event needs are met

Coordinate all logistical elements, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations

Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.). Oversee all on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan

Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support

Address any issues that arise during the event promptly and effectively

Sound like you? To apply, you need to be / have:. 2-3 years of experience in event planning and project management. Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Multi-tasker. Proficiency in event management software and tools

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
