The Central Commercial Team is at the forefront of managing negotiations and conducting comprehensive cost and spend analysis across various key verticals.

What will you do.

Sourcing Support: Assist in the sourcing of marketing materials within the BTL category, including outdoor branding, ground activations, merchandising, logistics, and print (paper/vinyl).

Negotiation and Terms: Ensure V18 secures the most favorable terms regarding supply assurance, quality, service, cost, and innovation.

Back-Office Management: Oversee back-office activities, including deal documentation, comparative bidding, spend monitoring, purchase order (PO) releases, and management information system (MIS) reporting.

Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while executing tasks.

Cost Savings Delivery: Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to mitigate price inflation and generate savings.

Process Governance: Uphold process governance in alignment with commercial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Synergy Leveraging: Enhance efficiency through process standardization and demand consolidation.

Customer Satisfaction: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to assess and improve service quality.

Supplier Relationship Management: Manage supplier relationships from vendor empanelment to contracting, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place prior to service execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive cost-saving initiatives in commercial procurement in collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize market inflation impact on the business.

Financial Objective Achievement: Meet financial objectives by ensuring procurement within budgeted/approved rates and contracting commercial services within these rates.

Who should apply for this role.

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a marketing context.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess supplier performance, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions to procurement challenges.
