Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive business growth through coordinated efforts.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling existing customers or identifying new ones through cold calling, email campaigns, etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in sales development or coordination roles.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls in local language.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and targets.
  
• Ability to travel frequently to remote locations.
