Responsible for End to end Corporate Recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Data Management: Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve processes.
