Role & responsibilities

• Vendors/Agency Management: Coordinating, maintaining relations with the vendor/agency partners and ensuring timely execution of the work.
• Clinics Branding: Overlooking the branding of existing as well as upcoming clinics and ensuring consistent and recognizable brand identity across various touch points.
• Process optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve processes, such as streamlining workflows or automating tasks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinating with internal stakeholders from procurement team, finance team and ensuring timely issuance of PR/PO and payments.
• MIS Accounting: Maintaining and tracking marketing spends and ensuring timely reporting to all stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in management.
• Experience: 1 year experience of working in marketing, handling the marketing activities and marketing finances.
• Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office; hands on experience of SCM tools like Oracle EBS/Fusion would be an add-on.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; negotiation skills; taking ownership.
